Contact
For anything to do with this site — a correction, a question about a page, a broken link, or a press enquiry — write to [email protected]. We read everything. For anything to do with the castle itself, write to the castle: their details are below, and they are theirs, not ours.
What we can help with
Corrections to anything published here, questions about how we researched a figure, and notes about pages that are out of date. If a castle price or a schedule on this site no longer matches what the castle publishes, that is the most useful message you can send us.
What we cannot help with
We are an independent guide, not the castle and not a tour operator. We cannot sell, change or cancel a castle ticket, a hotel room, a restaurant table or an event booking, and we cannot confirm whether the chambers are open on a particular day. If you booked a tour through GetYourGuide, your booking confirmation is the route to their customer service, not this address.
The castle’s own contacts (not ours)
Moszna Castle publishes the following for tickets, opening hours, hotel bookings and events. These belong to the venue, Zamek Moszna, and reach them rather than us.
- Official site: mosznazamek.pl
- Reception telephone: +48 77 552 07 77
- Reception email: [email protected]
- Address: Zamkowa 1, 47-370 Moszna, Poland
Ticket questions, group bookings, wedding and conference enquiries, and anything about what is open on a given date should go to them. Our opening hours page sets out the schedules the castle publishes, but the castle states it may change visiting hours and tour availability, so confirm with the venue before you travel.
Where the castle is
Moszna is a village in Opole Voivodeship, roughly 30 km south of Opole, between Prudnik and Krapkowice: Moszna on Google Maps. Getting there is the part most visitors underestimate, and how to get there covers the drive, the train to Gogolin and the door-to-door options.
Frequently asked questions
Can you book a Moszna Castle ticket for me?
No. We are an independent guide and we sell nothing. The castle sells its own tickets online and at the souvenir shop by reception, and tours are sold through GetYourGuide, where the booking and the customer service both sit.
Who handles a problem with a tour booking?
GetYourGuide does, through the confirmation email sent when the booking was made. We are an affiliate that links to their availability, so we have no access to a booking and cannot change or refund one.
